Office Assistant

Job Full Description Responsibilities Answer all inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner Assist customers with product availability, pricing, and general inquiries Enter customer orders accurately and timely into theS2K ERP system Process regular RX orders, stock orders, parts orders, and special handle orders Conduct product searches for retired or unavailable items and coordinate with internal departments Set appropriate customer expectations regarding product availability and turnaround times Process special handle account fax and email orders according to account guidelines Assist consumers with inquiries via phone and direct them to appropriate resources when needed Process web orders, Eyefinity orders, UPS claims, and FedEx claims Handle consolidated orders and support order fulfillment processes Maintain customer service sample inventory and process fax orders as needed Requirements High school diploma or GED required 1+ years of customer service or office experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills and attention to detail Strong problem-solving and reasoning ability Computer proficiency including MS Office and Outlook Experience with ERP systems (S2K preferred but not required) Benefits of Working with Express Employment Professionals Weekly pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance options Holiday pay (eligibility based on assignment) Access to short-term and long-term job opportunities Resume and career support services Dedicated local office support and recruiter guidance Opportunities for temp-to-hire and direct hire placement Skill-building and career advancement opportunities Parsippany, NJ 1304 140 Littleton Road Suite 110 Parsippany, NJ 07054
