As a da Vinci Digital Sales Manager (DSM) , you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the adoption of Intuitive’s cutting-edge digital ecosystem while building and leading a high-performing sales organization. In this highly visible leadership role, you will develop and execute strategic growth initiatives, coach and inspire top sales talent, and partner cross-functionally to expand customer engagement with Intuitive’s digital solutions. Key Responsibilities - Build and Lead a High-Performing Team – Recruit, develop, and coach a world-class Digital Sales team focused on accelerating pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion. - Drive Strategic Growth – Design and execute innovative sales strategies that increase adoption, utilization, and long-term customer success across Intuitive's digital portfolio. - Deliver Commercial Excellence – Establish clear performance goals, track key metrics, and drive accountability to achieve sustained revenue growth and business success. - Align and Influence Across the Organization – Partner with field sales and corporate stakeholders to ensure strategic market alignment, effective lead prioritization, and seamless execution. - Collaborate Across Functions – Work closely with Marketing, Product Management, Clinical, and Operations teams to identify growth opportunities and optimize go-to-market initiatives. - Champion Innovation and Change – Lead training, adoption, and change management efforts for new digital products and solutions. - Advocate for Customers – Serve as a trusted voice of the customer, translating feedback into actionable insights that enhance product development and user experience. - Optimize Business Performance – Oversee territory planning, forecasting, reporting, and operational compliance to support scalable growth.
