Payroll Operations Leader — Hybrid, Multi-State (800+ Employees)

Strive Health is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee bi-weekly, multi-state payroll for 800+ employees and ensure accurate, compliant processing. You will lead payroll systems, coordinate with People Operations and Finance, and maintain data confidentiality in a hybrid remote-friendly environment. This role requires multi-state payroll experience, ERP and payroll software expertise, and strong attention to detail.
