Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales in both commercial and residential sectors, with a focus on roofing and waterproofing solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers find the right solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the roofing and construction industries.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in both commercial and residential markets.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotes to clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the installation and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of commercial and residential roofing products and waterproofing solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a sales environment.
• High school diploma required; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
