Pharmacovigilance Client Account Manager, Client Services

ProPharma seeks a Pharmacovigilance Client Account Manager to build and maintain relationships with clients receiving pharmacovigilance and medical information services. The role involves contract management, client onboarding, expectation setting, and ensuring service delivery across the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage designated client accounts and ensure contracted services are delivered within scope
• Onboard new clients and establish appropriate processes and working practices
• Conduct regular client meetings and facilitate open communication regarding service expectations
• Support client audits and prepare documentation as delegated by management
• Coordinate client visits and develop business review meetings

Requirements

• Life sciences degree or equivalent
• One year experience in contract, client, or project management
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong planning, prioritizing, and organizational abilities
• Proficiency with computer systems and software tools
• Ability to work collaboratively across internal teams
