Executive DirectorWe are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead operations at Balfour Littleton. This role is responsible for driving resident satisfaction, associate engagement, financial performance, and operational excellence while providing leadership to the community management team. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented leader with strong business acumen and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Discover the community: Assisted Living & Memory Care in Littleton, CO | Balfour LittletonWhat will I do every day?Achieve associate engagement, resident loyalty, and high financial performanceEffectively manage all operational areas of the communityEnsure that residents receive appropriate careConduct community business planning and forecastingAchieve results for revenue growth and expense managementCreate and manage the operating and CapEx budgetsManage vendor relationshipsExecute and support the Sales Leadership processApply knowledge of the competition, industry trendsImprove and/or redesign pricing, programs and servicesCreate and implement a sales and marketing plan to achieve occupancy and NOI growthAdhere to and ensure compliance with all regulations (e.g., worker's compensation, Assisted Living regulations, OSHA, etc.)What will I need to be successful in this role?A passion for excellenceBe a great team playerCollege degreeMaster's degree in Business Management preferredMinimum of 8-10 years' management level experienceExperience in senior living, hospitality, hotel or service industries preferredStrong problem-solving skillsSpecial Requirements and/or Certifications:Administrator license for state is preferredWhat's in it for me?
