Treatment Coordinator Opportunity
Exciting career opportunity! We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and highly personable Treatment Coordinator to join our growing dental practice. The ideal candidate is a natural relationship builder who enjoys connecting with patients, educating them about treatment options, and helping them confidently move forward with their care.
This role is ideal for someone with a warm, charismatic personality who excels at building trust, overcoming objections, and presenting treatment plans in a way that helps patients understand the value of their oral health. Strong communication skills, confidence, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences are essential.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A friendly, enthusiastic, and engaging personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence discussing treatment plans and financial options
- The ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly
- Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills without being pushy
- A positive, goal-oriented mindset
- Experience in dental treatment coordination or healthcare sales is preferred

$28 - $38 per hour plus monthly bonuses plus benefits
Office Hours:
Mon - Thu 9:00 - 5:00
Fri 9:00 - 1:00
Sat 8:00 - 2:00
You will have a 40-hour schedule within this, with some Saturdays.
