Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health status through interviews, questionnaires, and diagnostic evaluations.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that address a variety of mental health disorders, including substance abuse, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders.

• Deliver regular therapy sessions to support clients in overcoming their unique challenges, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adult clients facing various mental health challenges and those seeking support for emotional distress. Your portfolio may include individuals dealing with trauma, complex mental health disorders, and other psychological barriers. You will also need to adapt your therapeutic approaches to fit the cultural and individual backgrounds of your clients, ensuring that treatment is both effective and considerate of their unique experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.

• A minimum of four years of clinical experience in mental health counseling or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
