About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President, Quality Engineering to lead the transformation of its quality engineering organization. The successful candidate will be tasked with defining and driving a global vision that shifts the focus from traditional software quality assurance to a highly automated, proactive engineering discipline. This role is pivotal in scaling high-performing teams, accelerating product delivery, and embedding robust reliability measures across the enterprise. The VP will be responsible for spearheading the adoption of advanced automation practices, including AI integration, and will work closely with engineering and product leaders to ensure the seamless integration of automated quality barriers into cloud-native continuous integration and deployment workflows.
