Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, including histories, symptoms, and immediate needs.

• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's unique challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

• Provide ongoing individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing culturally responsive techniques and therapeutic modalities that resonate with diverse populations.

• Regularly track and document client progress within the EHR system, ensuring that treatment plans are dynamic and effectively address changing client needs.

• Coordinate with other healthcare providers, referring clients to psychiatrists or additional services when necessary to support comprehensive care.

• Utilize strong crisis intervention skills to manage and de-escalate challenging situations, maintaining a calm and supportive environment for your clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a varied client base, primarily consisting of individuals facing mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, grief and loss, and substance use disorders. A significant aspect of this role involves working with clients who may need immediate intervention and more complex cases that require ongoing therapeutic support. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid mental health counselor license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in the state of Oregon is mandatory.

• A minimum of four years of experience in the mental health field, demonstrating a solid understanding of therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
