Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a fully remote work setting, allowing our social workers to connect with clients from the comfort of their homes or preferred environments. While most of the work will be conducted virtually, LCSWs will need to be available for some evening and weekend hours to accommodate the varying schedules and needs of our clientele.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your expertise and clinical training to conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, enabling you to formulate accurate and independent diagnoses for each patient.

• Collaborate closely with patients to create tailored treatment plans that emphasize their unique needs, preferences, and goals. This individualized approach is essential for fostering effective therapeutic relationships.

• Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions, drawing from methodologies such as solution-focused therapy, behavioral activation, motivational interviewing, and problem-solving treatment to address clients' issues effectively.

• Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration by coordinating with other clinicians, psychologists, and healthcare providers within Aloha Healthcare Center to promote a cohesive and integrated care experience for patients.

• Monitor patient progress meticulously, tracking treatment responses through both in-person sessions and virtual consultations to ensure progress towards established treatment goals.

• Aid in the management of psychotropic medication when prescribed by medical professionals, focusing on monitoring adherence, evaluating side effects, and assessing overall treatment effectiveness.

This position will involve working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals from various socioeconomic backgrounds who may present with different mental health challenges. As an LCSW at Aloha Healthcare Center, you will play a vital role in improving the mental well-being of your patients, empowering them to overcome obstacles and achieve a higher quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program recognized by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).

• A current, valid, and unrestricted license to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Arizona.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience providing therapy as an independently licensed professional is required.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a community health setting or with patients from diverse backgrounds is preferred, as it enhances understanding and empathy towards the populations we serve.

• Familiarity with telehealth practices and virtual care delivery is advantageous, given the remote nature of this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional compensation opportunities, such as sign-on bonuses and annual incentives, are available.
