The Accounting Manager plays a critical role in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting operational efficiency, and ensuring strong internal controls. This individual will work closely with finance leadership while overseeing key accounting functions and mentoring junior team members. Salary up to $88,000 + 10% bonus potential

Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant:

• Oversee month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
• Review and analyze balance sheets, P&L statements, and financial reporting
• Lead, coach, and develop two direct reports in AP and AR

What You Need as the Senior Accountant:

• Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or related
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
