Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Riverbend, you will:

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting realistic goals and interventions tailored to their unique situations.

• Engage in crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning to ensure the immediate well-being of clients and promote long-term stability.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups for students, parents, and staff to enhance community mental health awareness.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing appropriate electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting students in K-12 schools, addressing a spectrum of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
