About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Talent Acquisition to spearhead the modernization and leadership of its enterprise recruiting function. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and implementing talent acquisition strategy across various hiring categories, including corporate, specialized, executive, temporary, and early-career. This senior leader will also be tasked with building the necessary systems, processes, and leadership capabilities to support the organization's growth. The role involves setting a clear vision and roadmap for talent acquisition, advising senior leaders on hiring strategy, and ensuring a data-driven, scalable, and innovative recruiting model. Applicants for the Vice President of Talent Acquisition role at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' progressive experience in talent acquisition within complex, multi-functional organizations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading and developing teams, building enterprise recruiting strategy, and establishing measurable performance standards. Strong executive presence, expertise in recruiting analytics, and experience in influencing senior stakeholders are essential. The role also requires a leader who can drive change management, particularly in the adoption of new technologies and processes, and who is adept at operational and people leadership in the context of talent acquisition.
