Part Time Team Member Essential duties and responsibilities include greeting members, answering phones, assisting members on a computer, explaining memberships, club tours, and cleaning. Qualifications and requirements include reliability, punctuality, a friendly and outgoing personality, basic computer skills, a positive attitude, the ability to self-motivate to complete tasks, and being 18 years of age or older. Physical demands include continual standing and walking during the shift, cleaning gym equipment top to bottom, continual talking in person or on the phone during the shift, the ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs, and occasionally encountering toxic chemicals during the shift.
