Fresno Surgical Hospital is a physician-owned acute care hospital with 27 beds, 9 main operating rooms and 4 operating rooms in our HOPD. Fresno Surgical Hospital is accredited by The Joint Commission. Our technology allows surgeons to perform procedures in the specialty areas of: Breast Surgery, Colon & Rectal, General Surgery, Gynecology, Orthopedic Surgery (including Total Joint and Spine), Ophthalmology, Otolaryngology, Pain Management, Plastic Surgery, Podiatry, Spine, Urology. JOB DESCRIPTION:The ideal hospital CFO candidate must be able to demonstrate skills and leadership in management, financial operations, hospital operations, fiscal affairs, strategic financial planning, revenue cycle management, information technology, internal controls and compliance. Masters Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Healthcare Administration and CPA preferred.Demonstrated experience in leadership, analytical and computer skills.Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills are essential.Compensation Pay: $160,000-$240,000 annually. Compensation depends on location, qualifications and experience.Position may be eligible for Annual Incentive Plan bonus of 10%-50% depending on role level.Management level positions may be eligible for sign-on and relocation bonuses#LI-JA3
