This is an excellent opportunity for a Physical Therapist looking for a rewarding travel assignment with guaranteed hours, federal mileage reimbursement, and the support of an experienced clinical team.

Position Details

• Position: Physical Therapist (PT)
• Setting: Home Health
• Location: Salem, OR
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: ASAP
• Schedule: Days, 40 hours per week
• Weekly Pay: Up to $2,460/week
• Guaranteed Hours: 40
• Territory: Salem, OR area
• Mileage Reimbursement: Federal mileage rate
• EMR: WellSky/Kinnser
• Productivity Expectation: Minimum 25 points per week

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapy experience
• Current BLS certification (if required by the client)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for patient visits

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Home Health experience
• Experience with WellSky/Kinnser EMR
• Strong time management and independent clinical decision-making skills

Home Health experience is preferred, but candidates with strong clinical backgrounds may be considered for training.
