Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for new and existing clients to identify their mental health needs, using tools such as standardized assessment instruments and personal interviews.

• Create personalized treatment plans that outline evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to meet each client's unique challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Deliver therapy services through video conferencing platforms, ensuring that therapeutic engagement remains effective and empathetic.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients facing acute mental health crises by utilizing de-escalation techniques and discussing safety plans.

• Document all clinical interactions accurately and timely in our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and treatment efficacy, fostering a collaborative approach to client care.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives, including webinars and workshops, aimed at raising mental health awareness and reducing stigma associated with seeking help.

You will primarily work with a diverse population, including adults experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, adolescents with behavioral challenges, and families seeking to improve their relational dynamics. Our clients come from various cultural, socioeconomic, and educational backgrounds, allowing you to enhance your clinical skills and cultural competence with each unique case.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and effective therapeutic relationships with clients of diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
