Managing a portfolio of high-impact, non-traditional education accounts, the full-time remote Partnership Manager will drive retention and revenue growth while building trusted relationships with key stakeholders and delivering tailored presentations to support customer success. Key responsibilities Drive retention and revenue growth through strategic account planning and execution Build trusted relationships with decision-makers to become a key partner in their success Own the full sales cycle, collaborating cross-functionally to enhance customer experiences Required qualifications 4-6 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in EdTech or Education Familiarity with the non-traditional education landscape and experience selling to executive sponsors Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and achieving ambitious goals High proficiency with Salesforce and data-driven sales tools Strong strategic thinking skills connecting customer needs to student outcomes and ROI
