Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments and provide therapeutic interventions for individuals and couples, tailoring approaches to fit diverse needs and life circumstances.

• Maintain a comprehensive caseload while utilizing our billing service, which manages client and insurance accounts receivable, ensuring streamlined claims processing.

• Document all therapy sessions thoroughly and within established timeframes to uphold compliance and high-quality standards.

• Create and maintain a detailed calendar for scheduling ongoing client appointments and follow-ups, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills.

• Engage in regular clinical supervision and peer consultation, fostering a culture of growth and learning among colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with clients facing terminal illnesses, chronic diseases, and their families, providing crucial emotional and psychological support. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Virginia.

Compensation and Benefits\n
