Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs, assisting in creating pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and various treatment plans.

• Ensure timely completion of all documentation in compliance with applicable regulations, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

• Leverage evidence-based screening tools as recommended by the clinical team to assess client needs effectively.
\n
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to formulate and implement positive behavior support strategies, enhancing client outcomes.
\n
• Engage in all aspects of licensing and accreditation processes to uphold service standards and compliance.
\n
• Act as a liaison between clients and relevant service systems, governmental agencies, and community partners as necessary to support patient navigation through various resources.

• Maintain open channels of communication with stakeholders to fulfill contract obligations and enhance the agency's community presence.

• Build relationships with local, state, and federal organizations to create advocacy opportunities and potential partnerships for program development.

• Seek professional growth opportunities via conferences, workshops, and participation in committees related to behavioral health.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director that align with overall organizational goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Brightways Recovery Plus, you will provide support to a diverse population struggling with mental health issues, substance use challenges, and developmental disabilities. Qualifications\n
