Senior Director of Operations

To drive operational strategy and business excellence across global Data Center Operations, the full-time Senior Director of Operations Excellence will manage organizational readiness, vendor governance, and financial oversight while ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and operational initiatives in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Serve as a strategic partner to align regional operations with corporate priorities and develop operational strategies for improved safety and efficiency Lead enterprise operations transformation initiatives and coordinate cross-functional programs to ensure organizational readiness for major operational changes Oversee vendor strategy and financial management, ensuring operational initiatives meet expected business outcomes and support strategic investment decisions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in mission-critical operations or data center environments Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional operational strategy and enterprise-scale business initiatives Experience in operational readiness, workforce planning, and vendor governance Strong understanding of mission-critical infrastructure and operational excellence principles
