Work Environment

As a home care Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work directly with patients in their homes, creating a more personalized and comfortable therapy experience. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients in their home environments, assessing their physical capabilities and rehabilitation needs related to their recent injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic methods, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities, aimed at alleviating pain and improving mobility.
• Monitor patient progress by documenting treatment outcomes, regularly reassessing treatment goals, and adjusting plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.
• Educate patients and their families about the therapeutic processes, including proper techniques for exercises and the use of assistive devices, maximizing the effectiveness of therapy outside of sessions.
• Collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care, enhancing communication and coordination for the best patient outcomes.
• Maintain professional competencies through continuing education, participation in workshops, and engagement with professional organizations.

You will be working closely with a diverse range of patients, from children to elderly individuals, many of whom are recovering from serious injuries, surgeries, or managing chronic health conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid State License to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.

• A flexible, agile personality that adapts well to different patient needs and home environments.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this full-time role ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, in addition to an attractive benefits package.
