The HR Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources function and serves as a key resource for employees, managers, and the HR team. This position is responsible for coordinating routine HR activities, maintaining accurate employee records and HR data, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, administering HR programs and services, and assisting with HR systems, including the Learning Management System (LMS).

You will play a critical role in helping deliver an exceptional employee experience and enabling the effective delivery of HR services. You will foster strong collaboration and coordination among HR Operations, HR Managers, Marotta Managers, employees, and LMS users to ensure consistent service delivery, accurate information, and operational agility in support of Marotta's business priorities. The HR Coordinator will report directly to the Director, HR Operations.

Required Qualifications

• 24 years of HR, administrative, or related experience.
• Ability to learn and effectively use HRIS, LMS, and other HR technology platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with an HRIS and/or Learning Management System.
• Experience supporting employee onboarding and orientation.
• Experience with HR data entry, reporting, and record maintenance.
• Experience in a shared services or HR operations environment.
• Familiarity with payroll, benefits, timekeeping, or other HR processes.

This position is at our Parsippany, NJ corporate office's location. Pay Range: $67K- $75K
