Outdoor Living Supply is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Inside Sales & Yard Specialist to join our Phoenixville team.

This hands-on position combines customer service and sales with yard and order-fulfillment responsibilities. You will work with homeowners, contractors, landscapers, and other customers to help them select and purchase natural stone, hardscape, and outdoor living products. You will also assist with pulling orders, loading materials, maintaining inventory, and keeping the yard safe and organized.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, learning products, staying active, and being part of a supportive team. Product and equipment training will be provided.

Candidates with the following experience may be considered for pay at the higher end of the range:

• Building materials, landscape supply, nursery, lumber, or contractor sales
• Bilingual Spanish language skills
• Forklift or material-handling equipment experience
• NetSuite, POS, or ERP system experience
• Sales, customer relationship management, or account development experience
• Stone, hardscape, landscaping, or construction product knowledge

What You’ll DoCustomer Service & Sales

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer questions
• Help homeowners and contractors identify the right products for their projects
• Prepare quotes and accurately enter sales orders
• Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and special orders
• Operate POS and payment systems
• Build relationships that encourage repeat business
• Resolve customer concerns and follow through on requests
• Develop product knowledge to confidently assist customers

Yard & Store Operations

• Pull and prepare customer orders
• Assist customers with locating, loading, and securing materials
• Safely operate forklifts, loaders, and other material-handling equipment; training is available
• Inspect, label, and organize materials
• Assist with inventory accuracy and stock organization
• Support dispatch and coordinate local deliveries
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized showroom and yard
• Follow all safety, equipment, and cash-handling procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, warehouse, landscaping, construction, or building materials is helpful but not required
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Basic math and computer proficiency
• Ability to learn product information and computer systems
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Dependable attendance and a willingness to contribute
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple customer needs
• Forklift or equipment experience is a plus; training is available
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical & Work Environment

• Ability to alternate between sitting, standing, walking, and working outdoors
• Ability to bend, reach, carry, and move materials as needed
• Ability to lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with assistance or equipment when appropriate
• Ability to work safely in varying weather conditions
• Work may involve occasional dust and outdoor conditions typical of a landscape-materials yard
• Safety footwear and other required personal protective equipment must be worn

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Saturday availability is required
• Schedule may vary based on business needs and seasonal workload
• Overtime may be available during peak seasons
• Holiday work may occasionally be required
