We’re Hiring: Outside Sales Manager – Nashville, TN

What You’ll Do

- Train, coach, and develop a team of Sales Professionals \n
- Manage performance, career progression, turnover, and hiring \n
- Lead by example by actively prospecting through cold calling & lead generation \n
- Attend client meetings to support the full sales cycle \n
- Present customized solutions that make businesses Simpler, Safer, and Stronger \n
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure smooth implementation \n
- Partner closely with the VP of Operations to manage daily operations in the Nashville office \n
- Create meaningful impact for small and mid‑sized businesses in your community \n
