Key Responsibilities\n

• Directly assess and treat clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and/or severe emotional disorders, both in virtual and community-based environments.

• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team to achieve shared goals, focusing on improving patient outcomes through integrated care models.

• Conduct comprehensive, evidence-based assessments and develop tailored care plans that link clients to necessary services and resources.

• Provide a spectrum of services including crisis intervention, individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy to support various clients’ needs.

• Monitor client progress consistently, ensuring that treatment strategies are aligned with their goals and addressing any emergent changes in their mental health.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on best practices.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution and a current LCSW license in New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
