Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele encompasses a wide range of ages and backgrounds, including individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. You will work closely with clients who are motivated to engage in their mental health journey, providing support and guidance as they navigate through their respective challenges.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on empathy and a non-judgmental attitude.

• Strong time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple client cases effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred, we are also open to newly licensed therapists who demonstrate a passion for helping others. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is beneficial but not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
