Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting techniques as necessary to optimize client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards governing mental health practice.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and psychologists, to provide cohesive care for all clients.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, enhancing the effectiveness of client treatment strategies.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, effective coping strategies, treatment options, and available community resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree (or higher) in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP), or similar licensed professional in the state of Kansas.

• Demonstrated ability to implement solution-focused psychotherapy interventions, creating tailored approaches that cater to individual client needs.
