Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop personalized therapy strategies.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, coordinated care for clients.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans accurately in our electronic health record system to maintain compliance and promote quality care.

• Participate in regular case consultation meetings to discuss client progress and refine treatment approaches.
\n
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and ensure confidentiality while managing sensitive client information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will work primarily with underserved individuals and families who often face barriers to accessing mental health services. Your role will encompass providing care to diverse groups, including those struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance abuse, among others. You will be instrumental in addressing the unique challenges faced by our clients and enabling them to lead healthier and more fulfilling lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience with a strong emphasis on working with individuals and families.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples counseling, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
