Executive Director, PDS Communications

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks an Executive Director of PDS Communications to lead integrated communications strategy for the Product Development & Supply organization. This role advises senior leadership on internal and external communications, manages a team of professionals, and positions the company's commitment to quality and innovation across development, supply, and manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of integrated PDS communications strategy aligned with business priorities
- Provide strategic counsel to PDS executive leadership on communications opportunities and risks
- Develop communications plans for core business priorities across product development, supply chain, quality, and technical services
- Oversee organizational communications promoting employee engagement through town halls, videos, and other channels
- Manage external communications strategies supporting enterprise reputation via media relations, digital content, and industry engagement
Requirements
- Approximately 15 years of communications experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industries
- Bachelor's or master's degree in journalism, communications, public relations, or related field
- Proven ability to develop strategic communications plans and advise senior executives
- Exceptional writing, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong leadership and talent development abilities in complex, matrixed organizations
- Experience executing integrated internal and external communications across multiple media channels
- Understanding of development, quality, supply, and manufacturing operations in pharma
Compensation: $256,790 - $311,163 base
