Work Environment

This role is situated in our outpatient facility located in Dulles, Virginia, a vibrant community that values health and wellness. You will work a standard Monday through Friday schedule, totaling 40 hours per week, allowing for a balance of professional commitment and personal time.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions, identifying specific needs and capabilities.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that employ various therapeutic techniques including manual therapy, exercise regimens, and modalities like ultrasound or electrical stimulation.
• Monitor patient progress by documenting treatments and outcomes meticulously, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercises and strategies to facilitate ongoing recovery and preventive care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to coordinate care and improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain a commitment to professional development by participating in workshops, training sessions, and keeping abreast of industry trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at our clinic, you will interact with a diverse patient population, ranging from athletes recovering from sports injuries to elderly clients reclaiming their independence after surgeries. Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice physical therapy in Virginia.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

Pacific Physical Therapy Clinic offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
