Key Responsibilities\n

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring tailored approaches that align with each child's unique requirements.

• Utilize evidence-based practices in conjunction with Natural Learning Environment Practices when devising joint plans and strategies for families.

• Engage with children in a manner that nurtures strong, trusting relationships, fostering a safe and healthy learning environment.

• Implement strategies that reflect family priorities and developmental milestones, adapting frequency of services to best meet the evolving needs of children and families.

• Adhere to all Federal and State regulations, maintaining comprehensive records and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on infants and toddlers who may present with developmental delays or disabilities. You will have the opportunity to make a profound impact on their lives during a critical period of their development. Our Early Intervention program emphasizes a holistic approach, and as an LCSW, you will provide comprehensive support that encompasses not just the child, but their families as well. Your work will involve direct interaction with a diverse clientele, allowing you to promote the growth of essential skills—physical, cognitive, emotional, and communication skills—vital for these children to succeed.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work (MSW/DSW) is required, along with a current LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.
