Responsibilities Develop a steady pipeline through outbound calls, referrals, and warm follow-ups Participate in product training and licensing coursework Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in the agency system Meet weekly and monthly outreach and production goals You Will Do Well Here If You Want to be measured on quotes written and policies bound Like knowing exactly where you stand against a number every week Would rather learn a skill that pays for the rest of your career than take a job that just pays this year This Probably Is Not Your Role If You Are looking for a role where someone else brings you the business Would rather your pay not depend on how much business you write Qualifications Prior sales, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred — insurance training and licensing provided Team-oriented with a positive, coachable attitude Strong phone presence and clear, confident communication Self-motivated and comfortable with consistent outreach and follow-up Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses Benefits Base salary plus performance-based commission Paid time off (vacation, sick, and personal days) Paid company holidays Pay range: $40,000-$70,000 per year This range reflects expected total compensation—including base salary, commissions, and bonuses—when performance goals are met. Base salary varies based on experience and licensing. Commissions are uncapped, and high performers regularly exceed this range. This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Qualifications to be employees of a State Farm agent are established by each independent contractor agent.
