Job Description Location: St. Louis, MO (On-Site) Hours: Sunday through Thursday12PM - 8 PM ; nights, weekends, and holidays may be required Pay: $2 3 .00 - $25.00 per hour We Find A Way. This role serves as a critical link between our customers and operations team by ensuring customer requests are entered accurately, prioritized appropriately, and executed successfully. What You'll Do Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and service requests Accurately enter orders and customer information into our ticketing system Prioritize requests based on urgency and customer requirements Communicate with dispatch and operations teams to support successful deliveries Follow customer-specific instructions and standard operating procedures Provide timely updates and professional communication to customers Resolve routine customer issues and escalates complex situations appropriately Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required Associate's degree or bachelor's degree preferred 1+ years of customer service, administrative support, order entry, dispatch, scheduling, or call center experience Strong computer and data entry skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Customer ticketing, dispatch, logistics , healthcare, or courier experience preferred Why Crossroads Courier?
