Required Skills & ExperienceSkills/Requirements Strong organization, prioritization, and multitasking in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Excellent written and verbal communication; polished professional presence Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and comfort with construction tools (e.g. Bluebeam and SharePoint) is a plus Ability to read basic project language (schedules, RFIs, change orders) and work with field and office teams Discretion, reliability, and strong follow-through Prior EA/admin experience; construction, engineering, or industrial project experience preferred Ability to travel up to 25%
