Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to accurately diagnose mental health issues, ensuring ongoing documentation aligns with company policies and regulations.

• Create detailed treatment plans catered to each client's needs, and actively revise these plans as necessary to reflect their progress and evolving challenges.

• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, providing individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth and in-person formats.

• Utilize innovative and creative therapeutic techniques to guide clients in achieving their personal goals and enhancing their overall mental wellness.

• Record and submit timely session documentation in accordance with company standards, including case notes that outline therapy discussions and progress updates.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of case managers, medical professionals, educators, and family members to coordinate holistic care for clients.

The LMFT will be working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. Qualifications\n

• A valid Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Current and active licensed status as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of New Jersey.

• Demonstrated attention to detail in mental health documentation, including the ability to complete Diagnostic Assessments (DAs), treatment plans, and clinical case notes.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for building rapport with clients and articulating complex therapeutic concepts clearly.

• Proven capability in setting and maintaining appropriate boundaries with clients in a professional context.

• A comfort level and familiarity working within a diverse client base, addressing various social, cultural, and economic backgrounds.

• Willingness to undergo a background check as part of the hiring process.

• Experience handling fee collection at the time of service in order to encourage seamless service delivery.

• Annual salary range of USD 90,000 - 110,000, contingent upon qualifications and professional experience.
