Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions in clients, ensuring accurate assessments for effective treatment planning.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans for clients, documenting progress and necessary adjustments in accordance with company policies.

• Maintain a consistent caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, balancing individual, family, and group therapy sessions to promote optimal client outcomes.

• Provide exceptional client-centered care by actively collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals, including case managers, medical staff, and families.
\n
• Utilize creative therapeutic interventions catered to the needs of each individual client, helping them set and achieve meaningful personal goals.

• Oversee and prepare session summaries, treatment plans, and clinical notes to ensure compliance with all documentation guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. Your interventions and support will often focus on overcoming various challenges, such as trauma, relationships, transitions, and addictions, reflecting the varied needs of our community. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• Salary is competitive, ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, determined by qualifications and experience.
