Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of mental health diagnoses and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect client needs and goals.

• Document all client interactions, ensuring accurate and timely updates to diagnosis, treatment plan revisions, and case notes in compliance with organizational policies.

• Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 clients per week while providing exceptional customer service and support throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Employ innovative therapeutic techniques to help clients navigate their challenges and support them in achieving personal milestones.

• Facilitate coordination of care with case managers, family members, medical professionals, and educational personnel to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

• Prepare detailed session notes and follow-up documentation for each client, adhering to the established guidelines and protocols set by Native Health Center.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Native Health Center, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. Your therapeutic practice will address a broad spectrum of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges and family dynamics. Understanding and embracing the multicultural aspects of our client base is crucial, as we strive to provide culturally competent care that resonates positively with each individual’s unique background.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• Must hold a current and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist credential in Texas.

• Demonstrated experience in completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.

• Experience working effectively with children, adolescents, couples, and families is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. In addition, we offer a competitive and customizable compensation plan that includes:
