Human Resources Manager

Dizario Search is conducting a search for a Human Resource Manager for a well-established manufacturing organization serving the aerospace, defense, and industrial markets. This is a highly visible leadership role focused on employee engagement, retention, leadership development, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. Responsibilities: Partner with site leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and operational priorities Lead recruiting, retention, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives Advise supervisors and managers on employee relations, performance management, and employment practices Lead and develop the site HR team while supporting leadership development Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and oversee HR processes Monitor workforce metrics and drive continuous improvement in HR processes, retention, and organizational effectiveness Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in a manufacturing or operations environment Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, employee relations, recruiting, retention, and performance management Proven ability to lead and develop an HR team while supporting a large employee population Experience with HRIS, compensation, benefits, and organizational development Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus This is a great opportunity for a Human Resource Manager looking to have a direct impact on employee engagement, retention, leadership development, compliance, and organizational performance within a growing manufacturing organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr Dizario Search
