This telehealth position provides the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Our team operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the expectation of facilitating high-quality counseling services via telecommunication platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs, including evaluating family dynamics, and facilitating appropriate linkages to community-based services.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to guide interventions.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including patient histories, assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, utilizing a thorough understanding of trauma, substance abuse, domestic violence, and mental health disorders to support clients effectively.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, offering insights into clients’ psychosocial stressors to ensure comprehensive and effective care.

• Foster a safe and therapeutic online environment, utilizing technology to enhance client engagement and therapeutic alliance.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele who face a variety of challenges, including mental health conditions, trauma, addiction, and domestic violence. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.

• Holds current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Demonstrated experience in delivering counseling services to diverse populations, with a focus on trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
