Work Environment\n

With a scheduled work week from Monday to Friday, and typical hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, you’ll be empowered to work from the comfort of your home, using telehealth platforms to conduct therapy sessions and assessments.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Lifeline Behavioral Specialist Inc, your day-to-day functions will include:

• Engaging directly with clients through virtual sessions to provide assessments, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions for those experiencing severe emotional disorders or major mental health issues.

• Collaboratively participating with multidisciplinary teams to streamline care and enhance service delivery, ensuring collective goals are met efficiently.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will predominantly focus on an under-served population in Alexandria, Virginia, including individuals struggling with mental health conditions compounded by socioeconomic challenges. This role requires sensitivity to the unique needs of clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, as well as the ability to provide trauma-informed care that fosters healing and empowerment.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current licensing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Virginia.

• Strong organizational and planning abilities to manage caseloads and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
