Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive wound assessments and implement individualized wound care plans
- Perform wound care interventions, dressing changes, and topical therapies as ordered
- Monitor wound progression, document findings, and track outcomes in the Epic EHR
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to adjust care plans and communicate updates
- Educate patients and families on wound care, self-management, and prevention strategies
- Ensure timely documentation, medication administration, and adherence to clinical protocols

Requirements
- Active RN license (California) or eligibility to practice as an RN in the appropriate jurisdiction
- Experience or demonstrated competency in wound care nursing
- Proficiency with Epic or willingness to complete Epic training
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and meet a 36-hour weekly schedule
- Comfort working in a hospital setting on a travel, temporary assignment
