We zijn op zoek naar een Product Specialist Instruments om ons team in Breda te versterken!
Wat ga je doen?
Jij bent hét aanspreekpunt voor opticiens in de Nederlandse markt. Je ondersteunt klanten bij vragen over diagnostische ZEISS instrumenten (VCS), onze digitale bestelplatformen, softwaretoepassingen en de ZEISS brillenglazen. Jij begrijpt de dagelijkse uitdagingen van opticiens en je vertaalt technische, product gerelateerde en commerciële vraagstukken naar duurzame, praktische en klantgerichte oplossingen.
Je pakt in ieder geval de volgende werkzaamheden op:
- Het verlenen van eerstelijns ondersteuning met betrekking tot ZEISS instrumenten, softwaretoepassingen en digitale bestelplatformen. Via telefoon, e-mail, remote access tools en digitale communicatiekanalen beantwoord je technische, operationele, product gerelateerde en commerciële vragen.
- Fungeren als eerstelijns support met betrekking tot ZEISS brillenglazen, glasproducten, coatings, orderconfiguraties en productspecificaties.
- Het verstrekken van productadvies over glastypen, glasdesigns, coatings, toepassingsmogelijkheden en productpositionering.
- Het analyseren van klantvragen, incidenten en problemen met betrekking tot de instrumenten, software, connectiviteit, bestelsystemen en processen. Je bepaalt vervolgens de meest geschikte oplossings- of escalatieroute.
- Signaleren van terugkerende product-, proces issues of complexe technische issues en deze escaleren naar tweedelijns support, Product Management of Field Service Engineers.
- Het correct registreren, documenteren en opvolgen van alle contacten met de klant, supportactiviteiten en escalaties binnen onze systemen en procedures.
Wat breng je mee?
- Een afgeronde opleiding tot Opticien/Contactlensspecialist of Optometrist
- Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen de optieksector
- Je beschikt over uitgebreide kennis van brillenglazen en diagnostische instrumenten
- Een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
- Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en bouwt gemakkelijk relaties op met klanten en interne stakeholders
- Je bent proactief, neemt eigenaarschap en je bent altijd op zoek naar mogelijkheden om de klantbeleving te verbeteren
Daarnaast is het een pré als je beschikt over:
- Ervaring met ZEISS-instrumenten
- Ervaring met digitale bestelplatformen
