We’re seeking a Director of Operations who knows how to build strong leaders, drive operational excellence, and turn strategy into results. You won’t simply oversee restaurants—you’ll shape performance across multiple markets and play a critical role in the continued growth of our Wingstop organization. About the Role As Director of Operations, you will provide leadership and operational oversight across a portfolio of Wingstop restaurants. Partnering with the VP of Operations, Managing Partners, and Home Office team, you will lead and develop up to seven District Managers while driving consistency, accountability, and strong business results across assigned markets. This is a hands‑on field leadership role requiring an active presence in our restaurants, including key dinner and weekend dayparts. What You’ll Do Lead, coach, and develop up to seven District Managers. Drive operational excellence, guest experience, team culture, and financial performance. Build a strong leadership pipeline across District Manager and General Manager roles. Analyze financial and operational results to grow sales, manage costs, and improve profitability. Maintain an active field presence and assess restaurant execution in real time. Drive accountability through performance scorecards, operational standards, and key business metrics. Ensure compliance with food safety, health codes, and brand standards. Lead the recruitment, development, and performance management of restaurant leadership. Oversee operational readiness and execution of new restaurant openings. Champion employee retention, leadership development, and guest satisfaction. Model servant leadership, transparency, integrity, and a people‑first mindset. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $120,000–$130,000 per year Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Transportation and Financial Benefits.
