About The Role We are looking for a highly organized, execution‑focused leader to own and drive the operational engine behind our learning portfolio. This is not a passive project coordination role. This role exists to ensure things get done. You will run our content execution process, manage Product Launch Readiness (PLR), maintain our enablement content library, and hold cross‑functional stakeholders accountable to deadlines. You will partner closely with content developers (who build the content) and leadership (who set strategy) — your job is to drive execution and completion. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $130,000 - $200,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401(k) and paid time off.
