Senior Digital Marketing Manager (Omnichannel/Paid Media)

Tandem Diabetes Care seeks a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead integrated omnichannel campaigns across paid media, email, web, and audience activation. The role drives business results through strategy development, performance optimization, measurement, and cross-functional collaboration in a regulated healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead integrated digital marketing strategy across paid media, email, web, and emerging channels
- Translate audience insights and business goals into channel strategies, media plans, and performance goals
- Own digital campaign performance including budget pacing, conversion, cost efficiency, and ROI
- Build measurement frameworks and dashboards; synthesize data into optimization recommendations
- Lead experimentation and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver coordinated omnichannel programs
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in integrated digital strategy, paid media, and full-funnel measurement
- Deep knowledge of advertising, analytics, tag management, and marketing automation platforms
- Strong analytical, project management, and program leadership skills
- Proven ability to lead through influence and manage agencies or team members
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
- 12-15 years of progressive digital marketing experience with campaign ownership
- Experience leading complex campaigns, product launches, and cross-functional teams
