This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the ability to work from home while remaining connected to a collaborative team environment. You will be part of a supportive network of professionals who engage in regular clinical meetings and trainings, ensuring ongoing development and connection with colleagues. Our outpatient setting allows therapists to focus on individual, family, and group therapy services through both telehealth and in-person sessions when appropriate.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to determine mental health diagnoses and develop customized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Maintain a minimum caseload of 27 client visits per week, ensuring all documentation, treatment plans, and case notes comply with company policies.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver mental health services that effectively address community needs and promote positive outcomes.

• Utilize creative and evidence-based interventions to help clients achieve their treatment goals, drawing on a diverse array of therapeutic modalities.
\n
• Prepare and manage the documentation for individual sessions in accordance with established company guidelines, ensuring prompt submission.
\n
• Coordinate services across various stakeholders, including case managers, families, and educational staff, to provide integrated support for clients.
\n
• Participate actively in clinical staff meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities to cultivate a strong team culture and enhance professional skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relational difficulties, and other behavioral concerns. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in a behavioral science or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current LMFT PA clinical license, enabling you to practice independently.
\n
• Proficiency in producing clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and case notes.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, facilitating clear interaction with clients and team members.
\n
• Strong organizational skills to ensure timely completion and submission of necessary documentation.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to maintain professional boundaries while providing compassionate care.
\n
• Experience working with a diverse client base, ensuring effective treatment approaches that respect cultural differences.

• Familiarity with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (experience with Valant is a plus).
\n
• Ability to pass a background check and comply with professional standards.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is preferred.

• Experience with telehealth practices and technology.
\n
• Knowledge of current best practices and evidence-based interventions for family and marriage therapy.

• Demonstrated success in therapeutic relationship-building and client engagement.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We value the contributions of our therapists and offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $80,000 to $105,000 annually, with opportunities for a sign-on bonus. In addition to salary, you will receive benefits including flexible scheduling, hourly pay structures plus commissions on client sessions, paid holidays, access to a Continuing Education Library (CEUs), and paid administrative time covering consultation and documentation tasks.
