About the Role:

The Sales Director will lead and oversee the entire sales function within the organization, driving revenue growth and market expansion across the United States. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies that align with company objectives and customer needs. The Sales Director will manage a diverse sales team, including inside sales and field sales representatives, ensuring that sales targets and quotas are consistently met or exceeded. By leveraging strategic selling and solution selling methodologies, the Sales Director will cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to maximize business opportunities. Ultimately, this position plays a critical role in shaping the sales organization’s culture, performance, and long-term success.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of progressive sales experience with at least 2 years in a sales management or leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing national sales teams and achieving sales quotas.
• Strong knowledge of the sales cycle, sales management principles, and strategic selling techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in solution selling within a technology or B2B environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Demonstrated success in scaling sales organizations and driving inside sales initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, including inside sales and field sales personnel.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive solution selling opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior leadership.
