Strategic Business Operations Summer Intern

Johnson & Johnson

Johnson & Johnson seeks summer interns to support strategic business operations projects within Innovative Medicine R&D. Interns will develop project management and operational optimization skills while assisting cross-functional teams across pharmaceutical R&D processes.

Responsibilities

Support coordination and tracking of R&D optimization projects to ensure timely execution
Assist with identifying operational inefficiencies and recommending process improvements
Support budget monitoring, resource allocation, and expense tracking for pharmaceutical R&D
Facilitate communication and collaboration across internal and external stakeholder groups
Help implement continuous improvement initiatives with key performance indicator monitoring

Requirements

Undergraduate student currently enrolled or graduating in 2027
Project management and process improvement experience or coursework
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Ability to work in hybrid on-site environment in Pennsylvania or New Jersey
Familiarity with pharmaceutical or healthcare industry operations preferred
